Born  in a hut on 1 December 1976 in Gwanda, Matebeleland South Province, Sibusisiwe Chibaya ( Busi) is a mother of two. She did her primary education in various humble schools due to the movements in the caring arrangements at that time. She is a holder of degrees in Law, Sociology, Business and International Relations. The Founder of Lakusasa Ramangwana Foundation Trust, Busi is  Chartered Human Resources Practitioner-General with more than 20 years of experience in the Human Capital field. She is also a registered Legal practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary public. She is a registered Systemic Counselor who is passionate  about social service and philanthropy and in particular women empowerment and children’s rights promotion. Her philanthropy zeal has seen her work with widows, orphans, the differently abled and diverse communities in Zimbabwe and beyond. Busi was born and raised in challenging circumstances where others’ acts of kindness shaped her to become  a gift to others. Her experiences in and out of lack taught her resilience and the value of having a shoulder to lean on in times of need. Busi has managed to use education as a stepping stone and a currency to fuel aspirations for the target population she engages with. The 5 degrees  she has earned various diplomas individually have a story of hope, faith and belief in a tomorrow, that indeed weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. Lakusasa-Ramangwana is about building our future together starting now. No one deserves being left behind no-matter what.
